Brian Maher clocked 14.12 for 5000m on the track in Greystones on Sat out kicking the national Cross Country Champion Eddie McGinley. The time beat Brians previous best for 5000m by 1 sec. Watch the Race

Munster Schools Track and Field: St Senans athletes do well
There were gold medals for St Senans Athletes Isabel Morgan (Junior Girls Walk) and Tara Lacey (Intermediate Girls Walk) today at the Munster Schools Track and Field Championships While in the Senior Girls 3000m Abbey CC students Bronagh Kearns and Aine Kinsella won silver and bronze respectively
