Paul Cody wins Mens Co 10 K Championship

Paul Cody KCH crossed the line 5 secs clear of team mate David McPherson to win te 2011 Co 10k in a time of 34min and 33 secs. Kevin Fenlon Gowran was third in a time of 36.14.

The race was run over a testing  course starting  and finishing at Woodies  on Friday July 1st 2011

The team honours  went to Gowran AC with Jimmy Barcoe, Simon O Dwyer and Pat Kavanagh completing the winning team with 18 points. KCH with Paul Moran and Johann Dewberry completing their team had to settle for silver  on count back as they also finished on 18 points. Gowran also took team bronze with Lyndon Barcoe, Garry Farrell, Derek Deevey and Muiris Bric finishing on 43 points
