Joanne Cuddihy selected to compete for Ireland at World Athletics Championships

KCH Athlete Joanne Cuddihy has been selected to compete in the 400m and the 4x400m relay at the forthcoming World Athletics Championships in South Korea (27th August to September 4th). Joanne reached the semifinals of the 400m at the 2007 World Championships.

Joanne won the National 400m title on Sunday last in a time of 52.15 secs. This gave her a qualifying time for the World Champioships and she was rewarded with a place in the Irish team which to travel to Daegu  South Korea for the World Athletics Championships.
