Sean Caulfield wins Masters O-45 Cross Country and St Josephs take the team Gold

Sean Caulfield once again put in a powerful display of running to win the M45 3k Cross Country race. Sean was followed home by “local boy” David Farrell with St Josephs Patrick Bookle taking the bronze medal but leading his team to Gold in the team race. Gowran A were second team and Gowran B took bronze.
