Kilkenny County Novice Cross Country Championship 2014

The women’s race was won by Eleanor Kennedy with KCH athletes Rita McGarvey and Lisa Collins finishing  second and third. KCH team were clear winners with Becky Robertson and Emily Maher completing the scoring four.

The mens race was won by Sean Power, Thomastown with Tom O Keefe, KCH, taking the silver medal and Oliver Mulally, St Senans in third place. The team prize went to Thomastown with James Power, Danny Shanahan and Tommy Shefflin completing the scoring four.

Conditions were ideal on a fine crisp autumn morning and as usual an excellent job was done by the host club St Senans.
