National Senior Indoor Championships Belfast Odesssy Arena

There were fine performances  by Kilkenny Athletes at the National Indoor Championships

Michael Bowler, KCH,  won silvr in the High Jump with 1.90m.

Thos Hayes, KCH finished 10th in the National Indoors 3000m race in a time of 8.42 setting a new PB. Sophie Parkinson, Gowran AC, was 4th in the shot (11.50) and Emma Fenlon was 6th.

Ciara Everard, representing UCD AC, fresh from breaking Sonia O Sullivans 22 year rindoor U23 record last week at the intervarsities again clinched  Gold, this time Senior,  in the 800m in a time of 2.07
