Sophie Parkinson, Gowran AC, continues her fine form winning Gold in the Discus (43.23 m) and Bronze in the Shot (11.40m) today at the National Track and Field Championships. There was also gold for Eoin Power, St Josephs, in the sprint hurdles with KCH athlete David McGeary, KCH winning silver (same results as the County Championship).
