Road Race Results: Kings and Queens 10k, Ferns 4 mile, Tinryland 5k

David McPherson, KCH, had a fine win in the Portarlington Kings and Queens 10k completing the course in 32.39 mins with a full 30 secs to spare over second place Tinryland athlete Dwayne Farrell.

Toss Hayes, KCH, finished in third place in the SBR Ferns 4 mile race with a time of 20.00 mins.

In round two of the Tinryland Autumn League Jimmy Barcoe, Gowran AC, had a fine run to finish  5th in 17.21 mins. Colin Tobin was 16th in 19.27 mins, Leon Gordon 25th in 20.46, Maurice Barcoe 29th in 21.04, Angela Gordon 26.39 (All Gowran).
