Gowran AC 2k Fun Run in the “Castle Park”

Around 130 registered for todays 2k participation Fun Run in the Castle Park which is now in its third year.

The Organisers, Gowran AC,  were delighted with the turnout which was up on last years numbers and all runners crossed the finish line safely, despite the over-enthusiasm of some of the participants 🙂

There  were all grades of runners participating in the event from the very young to the very competitive and there was an exciting race at the front of the field.
