St Senans Open Cross Country Sept 29th 2013

St Senans Annual Open Cross Country will be held in the Kilmacow Sports Complex on Sunday Sept 29th 2013. The first race gets underway at 1.0pm.

There will be  Juvenile races for both boys and girls in the following categories:

U-8, U-9, and U-10 with prizes for the first 10 finishers in each race

U-12, U-14, U-16 and U-18 with prizes for the first three individuals and the the first three club teams.

The Fintan O Sullivan Memorial Cup will be awarded to the top Juvenile club overall.

There will also be races for Junior and Senior Women (3000m) and for Junior and Senior Men (7000m).
