Cross Country Season has started – spikes have been changed (or should be by now) and vanity has been cast aside in favour of muddy legs. Cross Country is an excellent way to build up strength and stamina for all track and field events – lessening the chance of injury and increasing your cardio vascular output in a less invasive way. For all cross country enthusiasts and non enthusiastic participants – here are a few fixtures to note:
