Lots going on this weekend. Sunday is the last of the County B Cross Country Championships. Boys and Girls u/9,11,13 and 15 will all line out in Tullaroan. It starts at 12 noon…. so see you all there.
Friday night is the County Training session in Thomastown at 7pm. If everyone on county teams could make it – that would be really worthwhile. Great way to chat to your buddies in other clubs. Others are also welcome.
Friday at 7pm to 9pm we also have county shot putt coaching in the Watershed. National throws coach Brian Scanlon will be the coach on the day along with the Brow Rangers duo of Murty and Joe Kelly. This session would be a great opportunity for coaches to learn the skills and bring them back to the clubs. Athletes u/14 upwards can attend.
