Sean Caulfield takes the O40 Masters County Cross Country Title

The O40 Mens Cross Country Championship (6k) was held todayat Ballycurran Cross on the lands of Paddy Grennan. The race was held  in warm breezy conditions on a lovely firm 6 lap course which although full of running had a testing  hill which had to be negotiated six times and a strong wind which was waiting for the runners at the top of the hill.

Sean Caulfield was equal to the task and ran strongly to establish a clear lead which he maintained all the way to the finish.
