St Senans easily retained the Juvenile Cross Country shield with a great team effort today in Castlecomer.   Saoirse Allen (Girls U-9), Jonathon Crowley (Boys U-15), Hugh Morgan (Boys U-17) and Bronagh Kearns (Girls U-19) were their individual wimnners.
