County Race Walks

On a wet and miserable June Friday evening, the County Race walks took place on the country roads of Rosbercon superbly hosted once again by St. Joseph’s with the assistance of St. Senan’s also. Trojan work carried out by race walking coaches Maggie Helen O’Connor and Valerie O’Callaghan to plan and host the evening so well. Although the numbers competing may have been lower than the county event on the track, it was a great evening of race walking skills by all athletes. Thanks once again to all those making these nights possible and well done to all on their performances on the night.
