National 10 Mile Championships

Ger Forde added another national medal to his road race championship season on Sunday last at the 10Mile National race in Dublin. Ger placed 3^rd in the Men’s race in a time of 50:09 to claim another bronze, having won bronze already back in June for the 5Mile event.
